Waylon Kelley
Founder, President & Treasurer
Waylon is the founder of Rooted Faith Foundation and oversees its giving and finances. His heart is simple: that every gift entrusted to the foundation would be stewarded faithfully and used to advance the gospel.
Sandy Kelley
Secretary
Sandy serves as Secretary, supporting the foundation's day-to-day work and helping ensure its giving stays true to its calling.
Billy Kelley
Spiritual Director
Billy serves as pastor of Tripp Baptist Church in Sunnyvale, Texas. As the foundation's Spiritual Director, he helps keep our giving grounded in prayer and the gospel.
